The film has a great plot that brings together all these casts and each plays his or her roles as
required by the production team to his or her level best. In The Avengers, comes the S.H.I.E.L.D
[a fictional espionage and a secret military unit] Director Nick Fury a character that is played
by Samuel. L Jackson who arrives at a remote facility during an excavation. Then a Tesseract
releases Loki [Tom Hiddleston] to the earth. He then takes control of the S.H.I.E.L.D personnel
and asks some of the unit personnel-Dr. Erik Selvig and Agent Clint Barton to aid him in his
mission-to destroy the earth. But Nick Fury senses the danger and re-activates the Avengers
initiative and starts a mission to form a team to fight Loki and his followers. Indeed, if you are a
fan of Samuel L Jackson, you will definitely like what he does to counter the enemy.

Loki meets an alien race-Chitauri that asks for the Tesseract in order to subjugate the galaxy.
However, they conflict in the process and Loki is later placed in a cell that is designed to hold
the hulk. The Avengers also conflict on how to attack Loki after it is revealed that the S.H.I.E.L.D
intends to use the Tesseract’s power to develop weapons. In another scene, Agent Phil Coulson
is killed after the helicarrier is attacked. Fortunately, Fury uses his death as a way to motivate
the Avengers so as they can work as a team. The rally together and defend New York by using
the Loki’s staffs to shut down the portal. Basically, from the plot you will definitely love the film.

Finally, if you are eagerly looking forward for the release of this comic film, you should not fret or
loss the psyche. The Avengers will hit the market as 2D and 3D and is scheduled for a release
on May 4. 2012. You can book the tickets in advance or start investing on the film early.

I thought this was going to be more of a laugh your ass off comedies, but that was not to be.

Now, I am not saying the movie is bad, and it does have its moments with good comedy. But "Crazy on the Outside" is more of a warm story movie. There is something heartfelt to the story. And the build up and turns in the story are nice, especially the way the story progresses around the lies.

The acting in the movie was really good, on everyones part. And good to see marvelous performances from Tim Allen, Sigourney Weaver and Ray Liotta, as usual. Actually nice to see Allen and Liotta back in a movie together. And with only supporting roles, Weaver and Liotta does one heck of a job with their roles.

If you are expecting an all-out laugh your ass off comedy, this is not the movie to pick. But I think people should watch this movie at least once, because it is quite nice.

"Youth in Revolt" is original. Its not quite like any "teen movie" Ive ever seen. Just as its source material offered a fresh twist to the dork-meets-girl scenario in ink, the film offers the twist on screen.

"Youth in Revolt" centers on unconventional teenage rebels; these aren the hoodlums youd expect to see smoking pot on street corners. In fact, these characters are essentially adults trapped in awkward teenage frames. They have sophisticated tastes and profound desires, but they also carry themselves clumsily and desperately try to shed their virginity. This mature immaturity makes both Nick (Cera) and Sheeni (Doubleday), along with a number of minor characters they meet throughout the film, compelling and unique human beings.

As Nick Twisp, Michael Cera carries the film. His awkwardly clever narration provides for fairly consistent laughter, and his quest for Sheenis heart puts him through a dramatic ringer. As good as Cera is as lovable loser Nick, nothing can prepare the audience for his work as Twisps alter-ego: Francois Dillinger. Dillinger is the anti-Nick, which also makes him the anti-Michael Cera, but Cera pulls off his boldness and iron will hilariously. Ceras dual performance keeps the film fresh when it begins to get a little dull.

As Sheeni, the primary love interest, Portia Doubleday concocts an unconventional leading lady. She seems to embody every characteristic of the female teenager at the same time, and its not hard to see why Nick would idolize her.

The film focuses on Cera and Doubleday for the most part, and their relationship is strange, and therefore refreshing. Clichés are avoided, unexpected roadblocks pop up, and teenage love rears its ugly, fascinating face. The romance seems real, as well as funny.

When Youth in Revolt" turns its focus away from the youths, its hit-or-miss. Jean Smart is fine as Ceras aloof mother, but the character itself is one-dimensional and strangely conventional for such a nonconformist movie. Steve Buscemi is fine as the father, but hes not given much to do. The standouts among the supporting players include Fred Willard as an immigrant-phile, Justin Long as Sheenis stoner brother, Mary Kay Place as Sheenis Bible-wielding mother, and the two unknowns who portray Nicks friends, Lefty and BJ.

Aside from a couple of intentionally quirky animated sequences and one or two clichéd stock characters, "Youth in Revolt" plays by its own rules, and it wins marvelously.

If you are thinking that Conan the Barbarian is a sequel of the Conan movie, which starred Arnold Schwarzenegger; then you are making a mistake! It is actually a new interpretation of the Conan legends. This movie that was earlier titled as Conan 3D, is a 3D film filled with swords and sorcery ultimately based on the Conan the Barbarian character conceive by the imaginative and creative mind of Robert Ervin Howard. The Plot Summary

Apollo 18 is a found-footage movie written by the fresh-writing tandem of Brian Miller and Cory Goodman. During the early plans, the movie would be helmed by Trevor Cawood. However, final plans by producer, Timur Bekmambetov paved the way for giving the helm to Spanish-language director Gonzalo Lopez-Gallego, who previously directed the award-winning film, King of the Hill.

What is the movie all about?

It is a Sci-fi horror-thriller movie that is trying to be in some ways relating itself on real events that happened on the Moon. The Twisting Storyline

Final destination 5 has one of the cleverest and twisting of plots. Survivors of collapsed suspension bridge learn the hard way that death can’t be deceived. Little did the survivors, saved by the premonitions of one man, know that they were not supposed to live anyway. In an intriguing race against time, they desperately try to find the exit door in death’s trap.

In Final Destination 5, death is an ever-looming disaster. Unluckily for the ill-fated souls, death is for sure, but the timing is a mystery. The tension is almost tangible, and the gruesome death scenes do little to help the victims.  Even the veterans of horror movies can’t help but cringe in some scenes. Will they survive? Will death be deceived for once? You wouldn’t want to be in their shoes for a minute. Some are left wishing they hadn’t survived the collapse.

The ending of Final Destination 5 is jaw-dropping. You wouldn’t have guessed it even in another lifetime. No need to spill the beans and take away the fun comes August. Believe you me the movie is more than worth your time and money.

The Smurfs

The Smurfs is a classic family movie that centers on blue, small creatures known as Smurfs. Filled with comic scenes, it is about the bold but simple adventures pursued by the characters most of them male. They are at least three crab apples high, have blue skin and trousers that come with a hole on their tails.

The Smurfs live in the secret village forest but when they are chased by the evil Gargamel, they tumble from the magical world to the real world. He is a powerful wizard and every Smurf is assigned a specific duty in accordance to the needs of the community and the ability they have to complete the task.

This aspect is used to show the need for teamwork in different societal settings and it is largely due to this fact that it is considered a great family movie.

However, their long sworn enemies such as Gargamel do not leave them in peace and they are always looking for a way of causing mayhem without much luck. Cowboys & Aliens

The Cowboys & Aliens is expected to come out before the year is out. This film stars Olivia Wilde, Harrison Ford and Daniel Craig. As the main cast proves, it is going to be a block buster hit in the Action cum Drama category.

Intro

The film was directed under the auspices of Jon Favreau and in based on a graphic novel written in 2006 that goes by the very same name. The author of this novel is Scott M. Rosenberg. This movie has been scheduled for released in both Canada and US on the 29^th of July this year. The ensuing weekends will see its release in some other territories.

Synopsis

Jake Lobergan (played by Daniel Craig) wakes up with an erased memory. The place is Arizona and the year, 1873. He cannot remember his past. On his wrist is a shackle. He goes to Absolution town where he gets to learn that he is wanted by numerous persons including the ruler of the town, Colonel Dolarhyde (played by Harrison Ford).

The town faces greater threats when it is attached by alien space ships. The shackle on Jake’s wrist is the key that is required for the aliens to be defeated. However, this can only happen when Jake allies with the Colonel and some of his other enemies to stand against the aliens.

The Cast

The cast of Cowboys & Aliens is pretty interesting. Olivia Wilde plays as Ella, Noah Ringer in the place of Emmett, Sam Rockwell is the Doc, and Paul Dano takes up the role of Percy Dolarhyde while Clancy Brown takes on the role of Meacham. Other actors include Keith Carradine, Adam Beach, Abigail Spencer, Anna Delareguera and Walton Goggins who act as Sheriff Taggart, Nat Colorado, Alice, Maria and Hunt respectively.

Release

Cowboys & Aliens has been scheduled for world premiere to be held on the 23^rd of July in San Diego. Commercial release will be done on the 29^th of July in Canada and the US. Paramount Pictures will also undertake to release it in all IMAX theaters round the globe.

Finally, it has been forecasted that Cowboys & Aliens will gross about 95 million dollars in Canada and the US alone. This is according to Box Office’s Mojo. The figure is comparatively low and this has been attributed to the fact that marketing was not effective in contextualizing the film. Similar hybridized films such as Jonah Hex were also not that successful.
